Personal information we collect and hold

In certain circumstances, 4SITE may collect personal information about you, when you purchase a ticket online or contact us. The types of personal information we collect may include your name, email address, telephone number, and identification information. 4SITE also collects personal information about your interactions with us, including any contact we have with you by telephone, email or online. For security, training and dispute resolution purposes, we may also monitor and record your communications with us (including telephone and email) and operate video and audio surveillance devices in our premises and other areas of operation.
Where you provide us with personal information about another person, you must have their consent for 4SITE to collect and handle their information in accordance with this privacy policy.
Use and disclosure
We collect, use and disclose personal information to provide, administer and improve our services, issue tickets, record your purchases, maintain and update our records, verify your identity, correspond with you, protect our lawful interests and deal with your questions, requests and concerns.
We may not be able to do these things without your personal information. For example, we may not be able to issue you a ticket electronically or respond to your enquiries.
4SITE may also collect, use and disclose personal information that you provide (eg. when purchasing a ticket online) to provide updates on your booking. Updates will be provided via email and text message. Updates can be provided before, during and after your transfer.
When you provide credit card details online these will pass automatically between your browser and our merchants secure payment site for authentication. We do not at any time see or have the ability to access your credit card details online.
We may also collect, use and disclose your personal information in connection with:
suspected fraud, misconduct or unlawful activity;
lawful information requests from courts, government agencies and legal practitioners; and
acquisitions or potential acquisitions of our business.
4SITE may exchange your personal information with third parties including our related bodies corporate and service providers that assist us with archival, auditing, accounting, customer contact, legal, business consulting, banking, payment and refund processing, delivery, data processing, data analysis or investigation.
We hold personal information electronically and in hard copy form, both at our own premises and with the assistance of our service providers.
You are entitled to request access to and correction of any personal information that we hold about you. Please contact us as set out below to make such a request.

If you have any questions or comments regarding our privacy policy, or if you wish to make any inquiry regarding any personal information about you which may be in our possession, please contact us at perisher_enquiries@4siteaustralia.com. If you have a privacy complaint, please contact us so that we can promptly review and attempt to resolve the issue. We may request additional details from you regarding your concerns and may need to engage or consult with other parties in order to investigate and deal with your issue. We will keep records of your request and any resolution.
